✅ COMMERCIAL USE (PHYSICAL HANDMADE PRODUCTS ONLY)

📌 You may use my designs for small-scale commercial use only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

● The final product must be physical and handmade

● You must add a clear and clearly visible creative contribution (such as layering, collage, composition, textures, or other artistic work)

● The final product must be your own original creation, not primarily based on my designs

● The designs must not be used “as they are” or as the main element of the product

📌 Commercial use is allowed under one of the following conditions:

❌ STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

The following uses are strictly forbidden under any license:

● Printing and reselling my designs “as they are” or with minimal or no modification

● Using my designs as the main or dominant element of a product for sale

● Creating and selling digital products using my designs (including collage sheets, junk journal kits, printable papers, clipart, or similar)

● Uploading or using my designs on Print-on-Demand platforms (such as Zazzle, Redbubble, CafePress, etc.)

● Reselling, sharing, distributing, or giving away my files in any form

● Claiming my designs as your own, even if modified

● Using my designs in a way that directly competes with my shop, either digitally or physically

● Using my mockups, product images, or listing photos

🚫 MASS PRODUCTION & MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS

The use of my designs for mass production or large-scale resale is strictly prohibited.

This includes (but is not limited to):
TEMU, AliExpress, Shein, Amazon mass listings, and similar platforms.

The following is NOT allowed:

● Printing my designs and reselling them as standalone products

● Using my artwork for factory-made or bulk-produced items

● Selling products that are substantially similar to my original designs

● Any use where the final product is not clearly transformed into a new, original creation

👉 If your product looks essentially like my original design, it is NOT allowed.

✦ IMPORTANT

My designs are created to support creativity — especially for small artists and handmade creators.

They are meant to be used as part of a new, original creation.
If your use does not clearly transform the original design, it is not allowed.
