This Commercial License allows you to use ONE byJLeeloo product in your handmade physical products for sale without displaying credit to byJLeeloo.

IMPORTANT: Purchasing this license does not grant additional usage rights and does not change my Terms of Use.

It only removes the credit requirement.

All other Terms of Use and restrictions listed below continue to apply.

Each Commercial License applies to one individual product or collection purchased from my shop.

If you wish to use more than one byJLeeloo product commercially without credit, you must purchase a separate Commercial License for each product.

✦ PURCHASE INSTRUCTIONS

After purchasing this license, please send me an Etsy message with the name or link of the byJLeeloo product or collection you would like the license to apply to.

If you have already purchased a product from my shop and later decide to use it commercially without credit, you may purchase this license at any time and simply let me know which product or collection it applies to.

Your download includes a copy of the Commercial License & Terms of Use for your records.

Your Etsy purchase receipt, together with the byJLeeloo product or collection identified in your message, serves as proof of purchase of your Commercial License.

One Commercial License applies to one byJLeeloo product or collection only.


TERMS OF USE — byJLeeloo

✦ PERSONAL USE

You may use my designs for personal, non-commercial projects without any restrictions.

✦ COMMERCIAL USE — PHYSICAL HANDMADE PRODUCTS ONLY

You may use my designs for small-scale commercial use only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The final product must be physical and handmade.

• You must add a clear and clearly visible creative contribution, such as layering, collage, composition, textures, embellishments, or other artistic work.

• The finished product must be your own original creation and must not be primarily based on my designs.

• My designs may not be used “as they are” or as the main or dominant element of the product.

Commercial use is permitted under one of these two conditions:

WITH CREDIT — FREE
No additional license is required. You must clearly display:

WITHOUT CREDIT — PAID
Purchase this Commercial License for each byJLeeloo product or collection you wish to use without credit.

The only difference between these two options is the credit requirement. All other Terms of Use remain exactly the same.


✦ STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

The following uses are NOT permitted, with or without a Commercial License:

• Printing and reselling my designs “as they are” or with minimal or no modification.

• Using my designs as the main or dominant element of a product for sale.

• Creating or selling digital products using my designs, including digital collage sheets, junk journal kits, printable papers, clipart, digital ephemera, or similar products.

• Uploading or using my designs on Print-on-Demand platforms, including services such as Zazzle, Redbubble, CafePress, or similar platforms.

• Reselling, sharing, distributing, transferring, or giving away my original files in any form.

• Claiming my designs or artwork as your own, even if they have been modified.

• Using my designs in a way that directly competes with my shop, either digitally or physically.

• Using, copying, or reproducing my mockups, product images, or listing photos.


✦ MASS PRODUCTION & MARKETPLACE RESTRICTIONS

My designs are intended for small-scale handmade creation only.

Mass production, factory production, bulk manufacturing, and large-scale resale are strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to, products created or sold through mass-market platforms such as TEMU, AliExpress, Shein, Amazon mass listings, and similar marketplaces.

You may NOT:

• Print my designs and resell them as standalone products.

• Use my artwork for factory-made or bulk-produced products.

• Sell products that are substantially similar to my original designs.

• Use my artwork in any product where it has not been clearly transformed through your own creative work.

If the finished product looks essentially like my original design, it is not permitted.


✦ IMPORTANT

My designs are created to support creativity, especially for small artists, crafters, and handmade creators.

They are intended to become part of a new and original handmade creation, rather than simply being reproduced and resold.

Purchasing this Commercial License does not transfer ownership or copyright, does not grant exclusivity, and does not give permission to resell or redistribute the original artwork.

It simply allows you to use the licensed byJLeeloo product commercially under these Terms of Use without displaying credit.


✦ CREATIVE PROCESS

Some elements of certain collections may have been created with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are then selected, developed, edited, combined, and refined as part of my creative process.


✦ COPYRIGHT & LICENSE

All applicable rights to the original byJLeeloo designs and collections remain with byJLeeloo.

This Commercial License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid only for the purchaser.

The license may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of my designs is prohibited.

byJLeeloo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact me before purchasing the license or selling your finished product.
